To Schedule an Appointment

Call us at 918-582-8651 to schedule an appointment. Our office hours are 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. – noon on Friday. We request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to re-schedule so that we have time to schedule another patient.

What Fees

Charges are due at the time of your visit. We accept Cash, Checks, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Financing is also available through Capital One. Please contact us for details regarding financing.

Insurance

We do not accept assignment of insurance benefits. We ask that you pay for your visit, and as a courtesy, we will send your paperwork to the insurance company and ask them to reimburse you for the monies spent in our office. Benefits for TMJ dysfunction, orofacial pain, bruxism, snoring, and sleep apnea are usually covered on your medical plan, depending on your policy. Dental plans usually do not cover these particular conditions.
